1. Getting There by Metro

M2 Yenikapı – Hacıosman Metro Line

Get off at Taksim Station.
Once you exit the station into Taksim Square, AKM is located directly in front of you.

 

2. Getting There by Tram

T1 Kabataş – Bağcılar Tram Line

Get off at Kabataş Station.
Transfer to the F1 Kabataş – Taksim Funicular Line to reach Taksim Square.
Once you exit the funicular, AKM is right on the square.

 

3. Getting There by Bus
You can reach Taksim Square by using the following bus lines:

For Visitors from the European Side:
25T (Sarıyer – Taksim)
40T (İstinye Dereiçi – Taksim)
48T (Göktürk – Taksim)
70FE (Feriköy – Taksim)
97T (Basınsitesi – Taksim)

For Visitors from the Asian Side:
110 (Kadıköy – Taksim)
112 (Bostancı – Taksim)
129T (Ümraniye – Taksim)
DT1, DT2 (Beşiktaş – Taksim Shared Taxis)

After getting off the bus, AKM is within walking distance in Taksim Square.

 

4. Getting There by Ferry
For visitors coming from Kadıköy or Üsküdar:

Take the Kadıköy – Karaköy or Üsküdar – Karaköy ferry to Karaköy.
From Karaköy, transfer to the T1 Tram to Kabataş, and then take the F1 Funicular Line to reach Taksim Square.
Once you arrive at the square, AKM is directly ahead of you.

 

5. Getting There by Shared Taxi (Dolmuş)
You can take a Beşiktaş – Taksim dolmuş (shared taxi) directly from Beşiktaş.
Kadıköy – Taksim dolmuşes also provide direct transport from Kadıköy.
You can also reach Taksim Square from Levent, Maslak, and Mecidiyeköy via shared taxis.
