Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods:
All payments on the Viofun platform are accepted exclusively via credit card (or debit card). Alternative methods such as cash, wire transfer, or payment on delivery are not supported. The user agrees to use a valid and authorized credit/debit card in their own name during the transaction. If it is determined that the user does not have authorization to use the card, Viofun reserves the right to suspend or cancel the transaction.
Transaction Execution:
When you complete a purchase on the platform, your payment will be processed during the order confirmation step. The total price (including VAT and any applicable service fees) is clearly displayed on the payment page, and the charge is initiated upon your confirmation. Your card information is transmitted to the relevant bank using secure payment infrastructure (e.g., SSL encryption and/or 3D Secure). Upon successful payment, your order will be confirmed and the amount will be transferred to us.
Payment Confirmation & Order Status:
After a successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address, and your order details will be visible in your user account. If the payment fails for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, incorrect card info, failure of 3D Secure authorization), your order will not be confirmed and you will be notified. You may try again using a different card or resolve the issue and retry.
Currency & Pricing:
Unless otherwise stated, all prices for products and services on the platform are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT. For international users, payments may be converted to TRY at your bank's applicable exchange rate. Prices are determined by the suppliers and may vary during promotional periods. The price confirmed at the time of order is the final amount; no additional fees or refunds will be applied due to subsequent changes.
Secure Payment & 3D Secure:
To ensure secure transactions, Viofun uses the 3D Secure system whenever possible (authentication with a verification code from your bank). If your card is 3D Secure-enabled, you’ll be redirected to your bank’s page to enter a verification code sent to your phone. This adds an extra layer of protection. If your card does not support 3D Secure, standard verification measures (e.g., CVV checks, fraud detection) are still in place.
Installment Payments:
Viofun may support installment payment options provided by certain banks. For eligible purchases above a certain amount, installment plans may be offered for cards issued by our partner banks. If available, the number of installments and the per-installment amount will be displayed on the payment page. Interest charges may apply, and the total amount payable will be shown accordingly. Users agree to be bound by the installment terms of their bank, including any fees or interest.
Invoice Issuance:
An official invoice will be issued for every completed payment, in compliance with applicable laws. This invoice will be issued as an e-invoice or e-archive invoice based on the billing information provided in your account and sent to your email address. The invoice will show the product/service name, quantity, unit price, tax amount, and total. You are responsible for entering correct billing details (name, address, tax office, tax ID, etc.); Viofun is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable supplier policy and the terms outlined in the Distance Sales Agreement. If your purchase is eligible for cancellation (e.g., an event is canceled or a valid early cancellation is accepted), your payment will be refunded using the original payment method. For credit card payments, refunds will be credited to your card, usually within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank. In installment payments, refunds may be applied as lump-sum or installment-based, based on your bank’s terms.
Confirmation of Acceptance:
By completing a payment, the user confirms that they have read and agree to abide by these Payment Terms. Confirming an order and making a payment creates a binding financial obligation. If you experience an error during payment (e.g., a failed connection or duplicate transaction), please check your "My Orders" section and contact customer service if needed.
Fraud & Unauthorized Transactions:
Viofun employs fraud detection systems to identify suspicious or unauthorized transactions. If a transaction is flagged (e.g., mismatch between cardholder and account info), Viofun may suspend the transaction and request additional verification, such as ID confirmation, contact with the cardholder's bank, or a verification of a small charge. Users agree to cooperate with such requests. Failure to verify may result in the cancellation of the transaction.
Privacy & Data Security:
Your payment information (credit card details and other financial data) is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties other than the payment processor or bank. Viofun adheres to data security standards such as PCI-DSS. During payment, you can verify the secure connection by checking for “https://” and the lock icon in your browser's address bar.
